The Ensign Group acquired 22 new properties in and since the third quarter, with more transactions lined up in the fourth quarter and early 2026, Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President Chad Keetch said during the company’s third-quarter earnings call. “Because our growth over the last several quarters spans across many states and markets, it leaves us with significant bandwidth to grow in almost all of our markets. We continue to prioritize markets that we know best while simultaneously meticulously expanding into new markets,” Keetch said.
