AdventHealth and Intermountain Health plan to unite their Denver-area services to bring more accessible, connected care to the area’s growing communities. The two healthcare systems have signed a definitive agreement to form a joint venture that will improve access to high-quality healthcare in the greater Denver metro area, serve the growing population, and provide care for future generations. The proposed affiliation will bring together AdventHealth’s five hospitals in the Denver area, along with off-site emergency and urgent care centers and dozens of medical practices, and three Intermountain hospitals, along with their related physician practices and clinics.
