Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and Russell Sage College have taken a significant step forward in their merger process by signing a transaction agreement. This milestone, approved by the boards of trustees at both institutions, now awaits regulatory approval, with the final merger anticipated by fall 2027. The merger aims to create one of the region’s largest private higher education institutions, offering a wide range of programs in health professions, education, business, criminal justice, sciences, pre-med, pre-health, and arts and humanities.
