Altaris, LLC (collectively with its managed funds, “Altaris”) announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Life Sciences & Healthcare business (“LS&H”) from Clarivate plc (NYSE: CLVT). LS&H is comprised of the Cortellis and Decision Resources Group (DRG) portfolios and will operate as an independent company under Altaris’ ownership following the closing of the transaction. LS&H is an AI-enabled data intelligence products and services business supporting R&D and commercialization decisions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical technology companies. The business serves approximately 2,500 customers globally, including the top 20 pharmaceutical companies.
