Altos Labs, the still largely secretive $3 billion biotech, gave a small peek into its pipeline ambitions on Tuesday with the acquisition of “senoblocker” maker Dorian Therapeutics. The biotech (perhaps named after The Picture of Dorian Gray), was working on “reactivating programs of youthfulness and regeneration” with potential treatments for Alzheimer’s, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, diabetes and autoimmune diseases. The startup’s R&D efforts also had potential applications in cell & gene therapies.
