Berry Street, a nutrition care company, has merged with India-based Healthify to form what executives call the largest insurance-covered AI metabolic health platform in the U.S. The merger combines Healthify’s AI technology, including its nutrition and metabolic health assistant Ria, with Berry Street’s nationwide network of more than 2,000 clinicians and insurance-covered nutrition and GLP-1 care. The companies say the goal is to offer AI-powered, clinician-backed metabolic health support accessible through health insurance.
