The New York Department of Health (NY DOH) has approved the affiliation between CareSource and ElderServe Health effective Sept. 1, 2025. With the NY DOH’s approval, the agreement can now move forward. As part of this transition, RiverSpring Living, the organization’s former parent company, will conclude its affiliation with ElderServe Health. “We’re thrilled to officially welcome ElderServe Health into the CareSource family,” said Scott Markovich, EVP of Markets and Products at CareSource. ElderServe Health provides long-term services and supports to over 20,000 older adults and individuals with chronic conditions across New York City, as well as Westchester, Nassau, and Suffolk Counties.
