Carlyle Lines up Banks for $400M India IPO of Healthcare Arm Knack RCM

Carlyle has appointed JM Financial and Goldman Sachs to steer a potential initial public offering of its India-based healthcare revenue cycle management business, according to a report by Bloomberg. The private equity firm is weighing a share sale of Knack RCM that could raise as much as $400m, with a launch pencilled in for later this year or early 2027, people familiar with the matter have said. The listing would put a public value on a platform Carlyle assembled only months ago. The firm created the business by merging Knack RCM and EqualizeRCM, two revenue cycle management operators it acquired in April.
