St. Joseph Regional Medical Center (SJRMC) and Catalyst Medical Group (CMG) have announced plans to join forces, bringing CMG into the SJRMC health system. The unified organization will create a more comprehensive and integrated healthcare delivery system for the patients and communities it serves. Specifically, the addition of CMG to SJRMC’s network will expand the medical center’s cancer, maternity, heart and vascular, neurology, wound, orthopedic, primary care and pediatric services and create cohesive care pathways for patients that span their healthcare needs. The CMG practices that are part of this acquisition include Lewiston Orthopedics and Valley Medical Center.
