In a new report, Optum surveyed 150 healthcare leaders to find out what they consider to be industry’s biggest challenges, areas where progress has been made, and their priorities for the future as they work toward a modern, sustainable health system. According to the respondents, they are currently facing challenges with investing in consumer-centric services while also dealing with the ongoing workforce crisis, changing regulations, and industry consolidation.
