CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center – Longview and Lifepoint Rehabilitation, an operating division of Lifepoint Health, have formed a joint venture to operate Longview Rehabilitation Hospital. The jointly owned rehabilitation hospital has been renamed CHRISTUS Health Rehabilitation Hospital. With 36 private rooms, CHRISTUS Health Rehabilitation Hospital increases capacity for treating rehabilitation patients beyond the rehabilitation unit at CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center – Longview, allowing the current inpatient rehabilitation unit to be repurposed to support acute care demand.
