Concentra Group Holdings Parent, Inc. (“Concentra,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (NYSE: CON), the nation’s largest provider of occupational health services, announced results for its fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2024. Additionally, the Company announced the closing of the transaction to acquire U.S. Occmed Holdings, LLC (“Nova Medical Centers” or “Nova”), an occupational health services company with 67 medical centers based in Houston, Texas. Effective March 1, 2025, the Company acquired Nova Medical Centers for a purchase price of $265 million, subject to adjustment in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the equity purchase agreement.
