A nine-building medical office building portfolio in Farmington, Conn., has sold for over $7 million, according to a Dec. 18 report from Hartford Business. The portfolio was purchased by Leander, Texas-based SSKI Management, and sold by FPO Green, which bought the complex in 2021 for $5.9 million.
