Cozeva, a privately held clinical data analytics company, is exploring a sale, two sources familiar with the situation tell Axios Pro. TripleTree is advising the Fremont, Calif.-based company, which is profitable. Also known as Applied Research Works, the company has attracted significant sponsor interest, one source says. Cozeva’s software is designed to help providers and payors collaborate and improve their value-based care offering.
