Curium is in advanced talks to acquire radiopharma company Lantheus Holdings Inc. in a deal that could be announced in the coming days, according to people familiar with the matter. The Capvest Partners-backed firm is in talks to pay roughly $102 per share upfront and an additional $12.50 per Lantheus share in contingent value rights, said the people, who asked to not be identified because the talks are private.
