Dale Clift took the reins of Enhabit at a somewhat precarious time for the home health and hospice fields — just as a six-month moratorium on Medicare home health and hospice agencies was taking effect. But the seasoned home health owner doesn’t see the moratorium as an impediment to growth. It’s more of a roadblock to navigate around, he said. “The glass is always half full for me,” Clift told McKnight’s Home Care Daily Pulse on Friday. “So I think this is just an opportunity to say we take some of the resources we had for opening new branches. We’ll use those resources to help grow some of the branches.”
