Bushnell University has acquired two significant properties from PeaceHealth at the former University District location, marking a major expansion for the university. The acquisition includes buildings at 770 and 722 E. 11th Avenue, which will support the growth of Bushnell’s College of Health Professions. According to Bushnell University officials, the property at 770 E. 11th Avenue, formerly known as the Behavioral Health Unit, includes 88,000 square feet of medical office space. The building at 722 E. 11th Avenue, previously the Center for Medical Education and Research, offers 37,000 square feet.
