Executech, a leading IT services provider, announced Tuesday the acquisition of Pact-One, a full-service IT provider specializing in dental IT solutions. Pact-One is focused on creating highly positive IT experiences for dental clients in the Las Vegas, San Diego, Los Angeles, and San Francisco Bay areas. Pact-One will continue to operate independently with added support from Executech. Pact-One has developed a strong name in IT within the dental industry, and this approach will continue to be a focus. Pact-One CEO, Dan Edwards, and all staff will remain on to continue to build and grow the company. This acquisition is the second major acquisition by Executech in the past 12 months.
