The report suggests that increased transaction activity can be anticipated going into 2024, with investors cautiously optimistic about the future. “Increased transaction activity is expected going into 2024. Debt markets, while available, are selective,” analysts wrote. “The cost of debt is stressing short-term valuations. Dry powder remains abundant but remains mostly sidelined for these opportunities.”
