Harris, a global vertical market software provider and acquirer, acquires US-based healthcare provider Bizmatics Inc. The Bizmatics suite of software, PrognoCIS, encompasses electronic health records (EHR), practice management and revenue cycle management (RCM) software and services. Bizmatics CEO, Vinay Deshpande, says: “The acquisition by Harris will help PrognoCIS to grow rapidly. Harris provides a permanent home for Bizmatics with abundant opportunities for our employees as well as for our customers and the solutions we offer.”
