Harrison Street acquired two newly-renovated, cutting-edge life sciences properties in San Diego’s Sorrento Mesa neighborhood. The Chicago-based investment manager teamed up with San Diego-based BioScience Properties on the deal. The two properties encompass a combined total of 234,000 square feet of laboratory, manufacturing, office and research, and development space.
