HCA CareNow continues to grow its urgent care network with the acquisition of MedCare Urgent Care in South Carolina and MEDAC Urgent Care in North Carolina. The addition of these 17 clinics expands access to convenient, high-quality care across the Carolinas and bring HCA Healthcare’s total urgent care footprint to 390+ centers across 12 states nationwide. The South Carolina clinics will now operate as HCA CareNow, becoming the first HCA CareNow urgent care clinics in the state. This reflects HCA Healthcare’s broader effort to unite more sites of care under the HCA Healthcare brand while making it easier for patients to recognize and access care across a connected network of services.
