The memberships of the Home Care Association of Colorado and of the Hospice & Palliative Care Association of the Rockies have voted to approve a combination of the associations, effective Jan. 31, 2020. The soon-to-be combined organization will be known as the Home Care & Hospice Association of Colorado, or HHAC.
