American Healthcare REIT, an active buyer of senior properties in Minnesota last year, has acquired a 200-unit senior living facility in Woodbury. An entity related to the Irvine, California-based REIT paid $88 million for the Talamore Senior Living facility at 289 Karen Drive, according to a certificate of real estate value made public. The sale works out to $440,000 per unit. The seller, Talamore Woodbury LLC, is an entity related to Artemis Real Estate Partners, which invests in residential, industrial, senior housing, medical outpatient and other property types.
