Healthcare Transactions Group (HTG) announces that it has arranged the sale of the Southampton Memorial Hospital Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), a 95-bed, not-for-profit, hospital-based skilled nursing facility in Franklin, Virginia. The SNF is connected to Bon Secours Southampton Medical Center, a 90-bed acute care hospital on a 24.7-acre campus. Built in 1970 and expanded in 1979, the Southampton SNF is a one-story, 61,296-square-foot facility with a basement and holds a coveted 5-star rating on Medicare’s Care Compare. YAD Healthcare acquired the facility.
