KKR (KKR.N) has abandoned a private equity consortium discussing a takeover of Gerresheimer AG (GXIG.DE), Bloomberg News reported on Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter. Warburg Pincus, which was also a part of the consortium, is still working to see if it can reach a deal, the report said.
