Princeton Medspa Partners has closed on the acquisition of Tulsa, Oklahoma-based Skin Care Institute. Skin Care Institute was founded in 1999 by noted dermatologist Dr. Jeff Alexander, and his wife Judy, and is the leading medical spa in the state of Oklahoma. “We are very proud to add Skin Care Institute to our portfolio of best-in-class medical spa centers. We started the company earlier this year with the acquisition of AlluraDerm MD Med Spa in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Greenspring Medical Aesthetics in Tucson, Arizona. Skin Care Institute will be our third medical doctor lead and owned business we acquire this year,” states Nick Williams, Princeton Medspa Partners CEO.
