The combined proprietary technology platforms enable Lygos to accelerate the development of high-quality, sustainable and rare cannabinoids and rapidly commercialize new innovative cannabinoid-based consumer, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical products. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
