Cemplicity will be merged with Radar Healthcare, an existing Marlin portfolio company and a provider of risk, quality and compliance software for the healthcare and social care sectors, further strengthening its position in the market. Cemplicity adds established capabilities in patient-reported experience measures (“PREMs”), patient-reported outcome measures (“PROMs”), real-time patient feedback, shared decision-making insights, surgical site inspection surveillance, service recovery feedback and post-care outcomes.
