Martis Buying Three Oaks Hospice for $150M–$160M

Martis Capital is acquiring hospice operator Three Oaks Hospice for $150 million to $160 million from Petra Capital, sources familiar tell Axios. Dallas-based Three Oaks generates EBITDA in the $10 million to $13 million range, the sources say. Harris Williams was leading the auction. Petra was initially guiding bidders to a valuation of $200 million, two sources say. Three Oaks launched in 2019 with $21 million-plus from Granite Growth Health Partners, Health Velocity Capital and Petra Capital Partners.
