Midwest Health, a Topeka, Kansas-based senior living operator, has expanded its reach following the acquisition of 15 assisted living communities across Kansas, representing the largest expansion in the company’s history. The deal comprises 600 units and is slated to add around 315 employees to the company’s network, according to a press release. The operator now serves around 4,000 seniors with over 3,800 team members across six states, with a total of 104 communities. The operator rebranded the 15 communities, previously operating under the brand Vintage Park, to Homestead Assisted Living.
