Midwest Health, one of the region’s leading senior living providers, has officially acquired Homestead Estates Memory Care of Overland Park located at 127th and Pflumm Road, expanding its growing footprint in the Kansas City metro area. The community has been managed by Midwest Health since July 2025 and is now fully owned and operated by the company. The acquisition was supported by lending partner Central Bank of the Midwest.
