She started her career in dental assisting and hygiene, and after years of working with Dr. Yant and Dr. Longest, Dr. Yant recognized her potential and encouraged her to pursue dental school. Following his advice, Dr. Allen went on to earn her DMD and practiced independently for several years before rejoining Dental Health Group in 2010. Dr. Yant, a true believer in continuing education, has attended the Pikos Institute four times, reflecting his deep commitment to staying ahead in the world of implantology.
