New Jersey Private Equity Firm Buys Davis Islands Assisted Living Facility

Twin Light Capital, based in New Jersey, said Monday that it has closed on Hudson Manor Assisted Living, a 66-bed assisted living facility in the former Palmerin Hotel. It was built in 1926 and has been on the National Register of Histocial Places since 1989. It was converted to a senior housing facility in 2004. The Hudson Manor acquisition is Twin Light’s first in Florida. The private equity firm focuses exclusively on senior living projects and said in a news release that it was actively pursuing more properties in the Sunshine State.
