Crossroads Assisted Living Centers has acquired Lakewood Memory Care, a 52-bed memory care residence in Jefferson County, Colorado. The new owners took over management of the facility, now called Crossroads at Lakewood, on April 1. “Our company has successfully served the senior community in Colorado for more than two decades with our facilities in Delta and Northglenn,” Regional Director Michele Strauch said in a statement. “Now, our team is excited to extend that same excellence, experience, and compassionate care to Lakewood.” Crossroads began in 1999 with nonprofit operations in Rifle and Northglenn.
