(together with its affiliated parallel funds “OEP IX” or the “Fund”), at $3.25 billion of committed capital. The Fund had a $2.75 billion target and a $3.25 billion hard cap. OEP IX’s closing increases the firm’s combined assets under management to approximately $16 billion.
