One of Atlanta’s fastest-growing private companies, CRH Healthcare, has made another acquisition. CRH acquired ChoiceOne Urgent Care’s interest in a joint venture with Calvert Health System (CHS), which operates the three urgent care centers, according to an announcement. All of the current staff in each center will remain. CRH and CHS formed the joint venture just over a year ago. “We are excited to have the opportunity to work with the ChoiceOne Urgent Care team in all three centers,” CRH Healthcare CEO Bill Miller said in the announcement. “Their success in a short period of time creates a great base of operations for CRH to begin growing in Maryland. Founded in 2012, Atlanta-based CRH Healthcare is provides urgent care services through 46 clinics located in Georgia, Florida, Maryland and Alabama. The company has made eight acquisitions, including SmartCare and Horizon Urgent Care in 2018, both in Georgia, and been sold twice between 2012 and 2018.
