Peak Rock Capital LLC (“Peak Rock” or “the Firm”), a leading middle-market private investment firm, announces the final closing of Peak Rock Capital Fund IV LP and its parallel funds (collectively, “Fund IV”), as well as Peak Rock Capital Credit Fund III LP and its parallel funds (collectively, “Credit Fund III”). Fund IV exceeded its target of $2.0 billion and closed at the $2.5 billion hard cap. Peak Rock also raised ~$500 million for Credit Fund III and hybrid credit and equity vehicles.
