Pediatric & Adolescent Urgent Care of WNY has been sold, with three sites transitioning to two separate buyers. Urgent care businesses in Williamsville and Orchard Park were sold in a deal that closed June 30, with leased locations shifting on July 1 to an owner with ties to a chain of pediatric urgent care sites in Texas. A third site in Rochester was sold in May to Dr. Gretchen Volk, the longtime medical director at the site. The medical practice was purchased by Dr. Gordon Moore, while Brian White will serve as CEO of the management company, UC Management Partners LLC. Both are partners with Urgent Care for Kids, founded in 2011, which has with 22 locations in Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth and Austin following the 2024 acquisition of 11 clinics.
