The Woodlands, Texas-based Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers recently applied for state approval to open its first ASC in Massachusetts. The pediatric dentistry chain filed a Determination of Need application June 13 to take ownership over Northeast Ambulatory Center, a freestanding pain management center in Stoneham, Mass. The transaction is valued at $3.8 million, according to state records.
