Pediatric Home Service’s recent acquisition of RSVP Home Care “checked off” several boxes for the provider as it looks to grow its national footprint, says CEO Cameo Zehnder. First and foremost, the Covington, Ky.-based RSVP, which offers pediatric equipment and services, and its adult division, Pulmonary Partners, have a patient-centered focus that aligns with the core mission of PHS. “When we look at opportunities, we’re looking at organizations that put patients first and have that focus on clinical excellence and quality service, and we found that with RSVP,” said Zehnder. “We believe that every child deserves that level of care that only a pediatric specialist can offer.” The deal also gives PHS a presence in Kentucky and Ohio as it works to build a national platform.
