Effective November 1, 2025, Pennant acquired the operations and real property of a 55-bed assisted living community in Lewiston, Idaho. This community, now known as Twin Rivers Senior Living, reinforces Pennant’s strategic commitment to expanding high-quality senior care services across the Mountain West. In addition, effective November 4th, Pennant completed the acquisition of the real property for Honey Creek Heights Senior Living in West Allis, Wisconsin.
