(Vidya), a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing VT-7208, a Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor therapy for immune-mediated diseases with an initial focus on potentially best-in-class BTK inhibition in food allergy, chronic spontaneous urticaria and relapsing multiple sclerosis. Concurrent with the acquisition, Processa entered into a definitive agreement for a private placement financing expected to result in gross proceeds of approximately $200 million.
