ProPhase Labs, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRPH) (“ProPhase” or the “Company”), a next-generation biotech, genomics, and diagnostics company, announces the closing of the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Pharmaloz Manufacturing Inc. and Pharmaloz Real Estate Holdings, Inc.
