RC Capital (RCC) completed the successful exit of FlexCare Infusion Centers. This milestone underscores RC Capital’s ongoing commitment to building market-leading healthcare platforms that enhance patient experiences and outcomes, expand access to care, and reduce costs across the healthcare system. At the time of investment, FlexCare operated just two clinics in Oklahoma City. Together, RCC and FlexCare pursued an aggressive expansion strategy—growing to 37 locations across six states and broadening the company’s service offerings to include ambulatory infusion care, home infusion, infusion pharmacy, and specialty physician services. This transaction marks the fifth liquidity event for Fund VI and the largest exit in RC Capital’s history.
