A Brooklyn-based provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services has completed the purchase of a Rochester care facility. Eminent Care Group, through TPRC Propco LLC, paid $9.3 million for The Pearl at 1335 Portland Ave. The 120-bed facility provides short-term care, long-term care and rehab services. The sale also included parcels at 119 Branch St. and 100 Cynthia Lane. New ROC Realty LLC, a Long Island entity managed by Ephram Lahasky, was the seller. Eminent Care Group owns and operates six other nursing facilities, three in New York, two in Pennsylvania and one in Ohio.
