A Tennessee-based senior living brand sold at least two of its properties in Alabama in deals totaling $10 million. 385 West Oxmoor Road PropCo LLC bought the land of Regency Retirement Village’s Birmingham location for $6.5 million on May 1, public records show. On the same day, a related company bought the land of Regency Retirement Village’s Tuscaloosa location, at 5001 Old Montgomery Highway, for $3.5 million, according to public records. New operation companies for the properties were also involved in the deal. Sweet Home Alabama AL OpCo LLC in Birmingham and Crimson Tuscaloosa AL OpCo LLC in Tuscaloosa joined the buyers to take out a $7.5 million mortgage from Bankwell Bank.
