The Indiana Department of Health has approved the Certificate of Public Advantage (COPA) application for Union Health Hospital to acquire Terre Haute Regional Hospital. A COPA application was submitted by Union Health and Terre Haute Regional Hospital in February. The application would combine the two facilities.
