JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has completed the sale of Singing River Cancer Center, a 45,904-square-foot, newly constructed, state-of-the-art cancer center in Florence, Alabama. JLL represented the seller, Cypress West Partners, and procured the buyer, a joint venture between Remedy Medical Properties and Kayne Anderson Real Estate. Purpose built in 2020, Singing River is a single-story integrated cancer center with OneOncology affiliates providing over 150,000 residents across the Tennessee Valley with medical oncology, diagnostic imaging, chemotherapy, radiation oncology and infusion services.
