Global growth equity investor Summit Partners announces that Dreampath Diagnostics, a leading provider of automated workflow solutions for anatomical pathology laboratories, has been acquired by Halma plc (LON: HLMA). Summit Partners announced a growth investment in Dreampath in July 2025. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Strasbourg, France, Dreampath designs automated workflow systems that help anatomical pathology laboratories track, store and retrieve patient tissue samples accurately and efficiently throughout the diagnostic process. Since Summit’s investment, Dreampath has expanded its product and service offerings, working to broaden its platform to better serve the evolving needs of pathology labs worldwide.
